Damaged Products
At Rise & Reign, we strive for your satisfaction, but there is also a sensitive nature of our work. However, if a product arrives damaged, or is lost in transit and does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of the tracking date. All of our packages are insured and we will work to find a resolution for you.
Digital Products and Books are not refundable or exchangeable in any circumstances once the item has been confirmed sent by our system, to prevent unauthorized reproduction of the assets. We apologize for any inconveniences.
Merch Stickers
"Legends" Stickers may be returned within 60 days provided the adhesive backing is still attachable. Return postage is at your own expense, and a $0.80 restocking charge will be applied.

Event Tickets
Please note that tickets are NOT refundable or exchangeable with the host organization. The check-in team reserves the right to ask for valid ID to verify the ticket matches the attendee.
Tickets can be transferred ONE TIME to another individual. This allows tickets to be gifted/sold if you cannot make the event. We respectfully request that tickets are not sold higher than face value. Any transfers/name changes must be done at least 72 hours in advance, and can be done so by emailing info@celticsnovel.com. A $8 fee will apply for this service. Thanks for your understanding.
